Today we had another 6 hour train day from Luxembourg to Amsterdam.

Halfway through our journey, we stopped in Brussels, Belgium to eat some legit Belgian waffles for lunch!

The waffles at the top of the picture were like hot-pocket waffles. Pretty good! I got a "classic"; it was filled with cheese and ham. The waffles at the bottom of the picture are sweet waffles. No syrup necessary!!!
